Problems caused by high temperature of cement kiln and solutions

During the production process of the cement kiln, the following problems will occur due to the high temperature of the kiln:
1.1 The kiln leakage problem
The leakage of cement kiln body is an outstanding problem in the actual operation of cement kiln.Due to the relatively high temperature demand of cement kiln production environment,the molecular structure of the refractory bricks used in the cement kiln us easy to change due to high temperature.Then the bricks expand and cracks occur,which will lead to raw material leakage.This greatly reduces the safety and effectiveness of cement production.

1.2 Wear of kiln bricks
During the production, the dust content in the cement kiln will increase gradually with the increase of temperature,  which will lead to the wear problem of kiln bricks.The wear of the kiln brick will lead to the quality loss of the kiln brick.Then the thermal insulation performance is gradually reduced,which directly leads to the temperature loss of the cement kiln body and affects the quality of cement production.

1.3 The ash accumulation of kiln bricks
In the actual production process, due to excessive temperature,there will be serious problem of ash accumulation. Due to the irrationality of the internal structure of the traditional cement kiln and the complexity of the flow direction of the internal air , the ash accumulated on the surface of the kiln brick is difficult to eliminate by itself, which will greatly affect the thermal conductivity of the kiln brick inside the cement kiln,.The change of the thermal conductivity will reduce the heat dissipation of the kiln brick and affect the production efficiency.

1.4 Corrosion of kiln bricks
As the raw material used for produce cement is alkaline, under the high temperature, the weak alkali base molecules in the raw material will accelerate the ionization, thereby gradually increasing the alkalinity, resulting in a serious corrosion problem of kiln bricks.Under long-term corrosion, the properties of kiln bricks will change, leading to irreversible changes in their thermal stability, which greatly accelerates the aging process of cement kiln walls.
