Lightweight Insulation Brick

Lightweight insulating bricks are a new type of refractory insulation material. They are mainly composed of several raw materials such as modified perlite, α-Al2O3 micro-powder and silica sol, which are evenly mixed in a high-speed mixer, then pressed into shape in a steel mold. After demolding, they are naturally left for a period of time and then baked. It perfectly combines the high strength of refractory bricks with the low thermal conductivity of insulation cotton. It has expanded a new path for energy conservation and consumption reduction in thermal kilns and provided a reliable material guarantee for the structural improvement and energy conservation and consumption reduction of traditional thermal kilns and furnaces.

Advantages
Low thermal conductivity and excellent insulation performance:
A.Lightweight insulating bricks form a micro-pore structure at high temperatures, significantly reducing the thermal conductivity. At 400 oC, the thermal conductivity is only below 0.1W/(m·K), which is more than three times higher than that of ordinary lightweight insulating bricks in terms of insulation performance.
Small bulk density and low heat storage:
Under the same safe operating temperature, compared with ordinary lightweight insulating bricks, the bulk density of Yeda Co’s lightweight insulating bricks is significantly reduced by more than 35%, which can significantly reduce the weight of thermal equipment and the heat storage of the kiln body, making it more energy-efficient.
Small dimensional deviation and high flatness, enabling precise installation:
The production process and equipment level of lightweight insulating bricks are high, and the products can achieve almost no dimensional deviation and very high flatness, meeting the users' requirements for precise erection of insulation layers.
It contains no organic binders, chemical properties stable and the service life long.
Good quality control, large production capacity and short delivery time:
Lightweight insulating bricks are produced by fully automatic continuous production lines, with automatic batching and automatic pressing. The entire process involves almost no human intervention, featuring large production capacity, high production efficiency and good quality control. The delivery period is short, which can meet the delivery period requirements of various large-scale projects.
Strong processability and convenient and efficient construction:
Lightweight insulating bricks have strong processability and can be cut or spliced at will. The product has a low density, erection easy and convenient, and labor intensity can be reduced.
